How I checked it
A beautiful button is not enough if nobody understands it. Working code is not enough if the enquiry never reaches the right person. I check the whole journey: content, forms, edge cases, languages and the work that happens after the click.
After launch
Before a recurring plan starts, we agree the covered systems, check frequency, monthly change allowance, response window and escalation contact. New features, migrations, 24/7 coverage and emergency recovery are not included by default. Extra work needs approval; monitoring cannot prevent every outage or guarantee search rankings.
