The situation
Document and legalisation services need clear explanations across languages.
What can go wrong
People abroad may face stress, unfamiliar requirements and uncertainty about the next step.
The approach
Organise complex information into service routes, answers and contact paths.
What I built
Multilingual service pages, FAQ, contact journeys, metadata, canonical, hreflang and responsive layouts.
How I checked it
Source checks cover routes and content consistency; the existing case records bilingual SEO architecture and launch validation.
Current state
The website is live. Support and optimisation continue; no revenue or conversion gains are claimed.
What is being improved
Clarity, mobile journeys and cross-language consistency are reviewed as content changes.
Why it matters
A person can find the appropriate next step with less uncertainty.
