Typical scope

For businesses, independent professionals, experts, organisations, associations and small teams. The final quotation follows agreed scope. Page count, languages, content volume, integrations and existing-system condition affect the price. Extra languages, paid APIs, hosting, subscriptions and third-party costs are quoted separately. Audit fees do not include implementation unless explicitly agreed. There are no unlimited integrations, changes or support hours.

What is not included

Before a recurring plan starts, we agree the covered systems, check frequency, monthly change allowance, response window and escalation contact. New features, migrations, 24/7 coverage and emergency recovery are not included by default. Extra work needs approval; monitoring cannot prevent every outage or guarantee search rankings.
